You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Websites and authorized resources for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit Making Space Reset or Reduce the Clutter Summit content, programs, recordings, downloads, templates, graphics, logos, or other protected material.

Making Space Reset and Reduce the Clutter Summit names, logos, product and service names, designs, slogans, and other brand identifiers may not be used without prior written permission.

Email and Other Electronic Communications

By communicating with us electronically, you agree that agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications may be provided electronically where permitted by law. Electronic communications do not, by themselves, create a professional-client relationship.

Communication Services and Community Conduct

The Websites or related services may include communities, comments, forums, chat areas, membership areas, or other communication features. You agree not to use them to harass, threaten, defame, infringe rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, distribute malware, collect information about others without authorization, spam, or otherwise violate applicable law or community rules.

We are not obligated to monitor user communications, but we may review, moderate, refuse, remove, or restrict content or access in our discretion where permitted by law.

User Submissions

We do not claim ownership of feedback, comments, or other material you voluntarily submit for publication or use through Website communication features. By submitting such material, you represent that you have the necessary rights and grant us a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with operating, improving, and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy law and any separate agreement.

No compensation is owed for such use unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.

Links to Third-Party Websites and Services

The Websites may link to third-party websites, products, services, or resources. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, products, services, accuracy, or availability. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

Refund, cancellation, access, and participation terms may vary by product, program, event, membership, or service. Any specific refund or cancellation policy presented at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement controls for that offering.
